Thank you DELINTZ staff and most especially Mark for the wonderful service today (8/20/2015). With all it takes to sell a property these days and time constraints that accompany that stress, Mark and his team did a great thing for me today. You serviced the times on the inspectors list and did it with grace and kindness. I am very proud to say that the work each and every visit by Delintz, since I moved in 15 years ago, has ALWAYS been an most gratifying experience. The prices they offer for their work is fair and they use their time and MINE wisely.
I am very grateful for the time Mark took to listen to the inspectors requests and to follow through with the work in record time. Your diligence with my issues was done with kindness and I felt that I was listened too. Being a capable woman in most areas, it is GREAT to find others who can be honest and forthcoming with their process and do it economically.
Thank you again too for the capable and kind way that the phone staff helped me when I called with with my dilemma.
I shall be finding a new home soon and you can be SURE that I'll be calling upon Delintz again to service my new place!

I am so impressed with the work done by Delintz! They did a wonderful job. Our dryer vent was very dirty and was used a lot. I would highly recommend them. He was able to come to our house very quickly (shortly after we called) and did great work!
